Text

Section 6. This chapter shall not:

(i)require any health insurance provider, or any government agency or authority, to reimburse any person for the expenses of the medical use of marijuana;
(ii)require any healthcare professional to authorize the medical use of marijuana for a patient; or(iii) amend existing penalties for operating, navigating or being in actual physical control of any motor vehicle, train, aircraft, motorboat or other motorized form of transport or machinery while impaired by marijuana or a marijuana product.
