Text

Section 9L. If a bakery is unfit for the production or handling of food or dangerous to the health of its employees, the department of public health or local board may order it closed; provided, that any person aggrieved may be heard before said department or board, and may also appeal before or after the execution of the order, but within thirty days after its issue, to the superior court.
