§ 62 — Interference with inspector of milk or collector of samples of milk; penalty

Section 62. Whoever hinders, obstructs or in any way interferes with an inspector of milk or collector of samples of milk in the performance of his duties under section sixty, shall for the first offence be punished by a fine of fifty dollars and for a subsequent offence by a fine of one hundred dollars.
