[ Text of section added by 2024, 363, Sec. 3 effective April 8, 2025.]Section 1. As used in this chapter, the following words shall, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, have the following meanings:"Authority'', as defined in section 1 of chapter 161A."Bus mounted camera system'', a motor vehicle sensor device, which produces digital photographs or video recordings of a motor vehicle that commits a camera enforceable violation, installed on a bus owned or operated by the authority or by a regional transit authority established pursuant to chapter 161B that adopts this chapter; provided, however, that the device may be automated or operated manually."Bus stop camera system'', a motor vehicle sensor device, which produces digital photographs or video recordings of a motor vehicle
