[ Text of section added by 2024, 350, Sec. 11 effective April 8, 2025.]Section 9C. As used in sections 9D to 9F, inclusive, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise:"Approved jurisdiction'', any other state, territory and the District of Columbia, any state, province or territory of Canada or other jurisdiction with which the division has established a reciprocity arrangement for boating safety education."Non-resident'', a person whose legal residence is not within the commonwealth.
