Text
Section 3E. The fee paid by the plaintiff under section three C or three D to the registrar at the time of the service shall be taxed in his costs if he prevails in the action or proceeding. The registrar shall keep a record of all processes served upon him under said sections three C and three D, which shall show the day and hour of service.
