[ Text of section added by 2024, 206, Sec. 14 effective September 16, 2024.]Section 2J. The registrar shall refuse to register, and shall suspend or revoke if already registered, a commercial motor vehicle if the registrar has received notice, in any form that the registrar deems appropriate, including electronic transmissions, that the commercial motor carrier attempting to register a commercial motor vehicle has been prohibited from operating in interstate commerce by a federal agency with authority to do so under federal law.
