Text

Section 2B. The owner of a motor vehicle who transfers the ownership thereof to another or who terminates the registration thereof shall thereupon remove from the vehicle any visible evidence furnished to him by the registrar under the provisions of section two relative to the validity of the plates in use on said vehicle.
