§ 29 — State ballot law commission; records conservation board

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title II EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE COMMONWEALTH·Ch. 9 DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE SECRETARY
Section 29. The state ballot law commission and the records conservation board shall be within the department of the state secretary; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed as diminishing the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon the foregoing agencies by any provision of law.
