§ 8 — Negligence in maintaining ferry
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XIV PUBLIC WAYS AND WORKS·Ch. 88 FERRIES, CANALS AND PUBLIC LANDINGS
Section 8. A town which neglects to maintain a ferry as provided in the two preceding sections shall forfeit not more than one hundred dollars for each month such neglect continues.
