§ 25 — Jurisdiction of district court over bridges

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XIV PUBLIC WAYS AND WORKS·Ch. 85 REGULATIONS AND BY–LAWS RELATIVE TO WAYS AND BRIDGES
Section 25. District courts in the towns in which the bridge terminates, shall have jurisdiction of complaints for the violation, on such bridges, of the five preceding sections.
