§ 23 — Regulation of travel on state ways; penalties

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XIV PUBLIC WAYS AND WORKS·Ch. 85 REGULATIONS AND BY–LAWS RELATIVE TO WAYS AND BRIDGES
Section 23. The governor, with the advice and consent of the council, may make by-laws for the regulation of travel on ways belonging to the commonwealth. Whoever violates any such by-law shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars.
