Section 20. The three preceding sections shall not affect sections fifty-nine to eighty-two, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and fifty-nine, and sections ninety-five to one hundred and fourteen, inclusive, and section two hundred and fifty-two of chapter one hundred and sixty, relative to railroad corporations and street railway companies.
