Section 14. The superintendent may expend not more than $10,000 from the State House Special Event Fund established in section 35P of chapter 10 annually for the maintenance of the museum established in the state house for the preservation and exhibition of the regimental flags and other military relics in the possession of the commonwealth and of other objects connected with the military history of the United States and especially of the New England states.
