§ 44 — Appointment of trustees to corporation receiving assets from clinical operations of Worcester campus; student representative

Section 44. If the chancellor of the Worcester campus becomes responsible either by agreement or legislative action for appointing two or more trustees to a board of trustees of a corporation receiving assets from the clinical operations of the Worcester campus and maintaining an affiliation with said campus, the chancellor may appoint the elected student representative of the Worcester campus pursuant to section 1A as one of said trustees.
