Section 13. Independent industrial, agricultural, vocational home economics and allied health occupations schools may offer instruction in day, part time and evening classes. Independent distributive occupations schools may offer instruction in part time and evening classes only. Attendance upon such day or part time classes shall be restricted to those over fourteen years of age; and upon such evening classes, to those over sixteen years of age.
