Text

Section 1E. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of law, the board of bank incorporation or the commissioner of banks is hereby authorized to allow a bank, as defined in section one of chapter one hundred and sixty-seven, to establish and maintain a branch on the grounds of any state university in the commonwealth, provided that the board of trustees of said state universities shall determine the method and terms of the lease if applicable or rental thereof.
