§ 4K — Municipal personnel advisory board; members; election, etc.; rules and regulations

Section 4K. There shall be in the executive office for administration and finance a municipal personnel advisory board. The municipal personnel advisory board shall consist of five members one of whom shall be a member of the Massachusetts Mayors' Association and who shall be a mayor; one of whom shall be a member of the Massachusetts Selectmen's Association and who shall be a selectman; one of whom shall be a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Management Association and who serves as either a city or town manager; and one of whom shall be a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Personnel Association and who shall be a personnel director or a member of the personnel board or department of a city or town.
