[ Text of section added by 2024, 342, Sec. 14 effective April 8, 2025.]Section 23. Every 2 years, the commission, in consultation with the center, the group insurance commission, the office of Medicaid and the division of insurance, shall evaluate the impact of section 17Z of chapter 32A, section 10Z of chapter 118E, section 47CCC of chapter 175, section 8DDD of chapter 176A, section 4DDD of chapter 176B and section 4VV of chapter 176G on the effects of capping co-payments on health care costs, including premiums, pharmaceutical spending, aggregate rebates, cost-sharing, drug treatment utilization and adherence, incidence of related acute events and health equity. Biennially, not later than November 30, the commission shall file a report of its findings with the clerks of the house of rep
