§ 43 — Filing record of organization
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XI CERTAIN RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE MATTERS·Ch. 67 PARISHES AND RELIGIOUS SOCIETIES
Section 43. An attested copy of the record of the proceedings at such organization shall be filed with the state secretary, within the time prescribed in section twenty-six; otherwise the organization shall be void.
