§ 4 — Laws respecting registration of motor vehicles; effect of this chapter
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title IX TAXATION·Ch. 60A EXCISE TAX ON REGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLES IN LIEU OF LOCAL TAX
Section 4. The provisions of this chapter, other than those contained in section two A thereof, shall not be construed to alter or amend the provisions of law with respect to the registration of motor vehicles or trailers.
