Section 50. In cases of withdrawal, nominations to fill vacancies shall be filed with the state secretary within seventy-two week day hours succeeding five o'clock in the afternoon of the last day for filing withdrawals.They shall be open to objections in the same manner, so far as practicable, as other nominations.No vacancy caused by withdrawal shall be filled before the withdrawal has been filed.
