§ 76 — Firemen; privileges and immunities; compensation
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS·Ch. 48 FIRES, FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND FIRE DISTRICTS
Section 76. Members of the fire department of such district shall have the immunities and privileges of firewards and enginemen of towns, and shall receive such compensation as the district determines.
