§ 9B — Penalties
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS·Ch. 46 RETURN AND REGISTRY OF BIRTHS, MARRIAGES AND DEATHS
Section 9B. A physician or officer neglecting or refusing to furnish a certificate as provided in section nine or making a false statement therein, shall forfeit not more than fifty dollars.
