§ 20 — Births and deaths in Tewksbury Hospital; records
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS·Ch. 46 RETURN AND REGISTRY OF BIRTHS, MARRIAGES AND DEATHS
Section 20. Records of birth and death previously held by the superintendent of Tewksbury Hospital shall be transferred to the town clerk of Tewksbury. No certified copies of these records shall be issued by the superintendent of Tewksbury Hospital.
