Text

Section 11. Every undertaker or other person in charge of a funeral shall forthwith obtain the physician's or officer's certificate required by section nine, enter thereon the facts as to the deceased required by section one to be recorded, and return it to the board of health or its agent, or, if the selectmen constitute such board, to the clerk of the town where the death occurred. The board of health shall transmit such certificate to the town clerk.
