§ 60 — Penalty for violation of law controlling handling of town and district notes

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS·Ch. 44 MUNICIPAL FINANCE
Section 60. A town treasurer or a treasurer of a district, who violates any provision of sections twenty-three to twenty-five, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
