§ 12 — Benefits of priority development sites

(a)priority consideration for community development action grants, and public works economic development grants;
(b)priority consideration for other state resources such as quasi-public financing and training programs;
(c)brownfields remediation assistance;
(d)enhanced marketing by the Massachusetts office of business development, and the Massachusetts alliance for economic development; and(e) technical assistance provided by the regional planning council.Chapter 43D: Section 12.
