§ 22 — Breach or neglect of duty; penalty

Section 22. For wilful breach or neglect of a duty imposed by law, a county commissioner or clerk of the county commissioners shall forfeit not less than fifty nor more than one thousand dollars, recoverable to the use of the county, at the suit of the attorney general.
