Article 88. Contempt toward officials.A commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress of the United States, the United States Secretary of Defense, the United States Secretary of a military department, the United States Secretary of Homeland Security or the commander-in-chief or the general court shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
