§ 18 — Jurisdiction of general courts-martial.

Article 18. Jurisdiction of general courts-martial.General courts-martial shall have jurisdiction to try persons subject to this code for an offense made punishable by this code, and may, under such limitations as the commander-in-chief may prescribe, adjudge any punishment not forbidden by this code.
