§ 47 — Excuse from duty upon physician's certificate of disability

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title V MILITIA
Section 47. No officer or enlisted person of the armed forces of the commonwealth, not on leave of absence, shall be excused from duty if ordered to duty under section 38, 40 or 41 except upon a physician's certificate of disability.
