§ 46 — Armed forces of the commonwealth to appear armed and equipped to execute orders issued under Sec. 41

Section 46. Armed forces of the commonwealth shall appear at the time and place appointed by the order, issued under section 41, armed and equipped and shall obey and execute the orders received or any additional orders received from the commander-in-chief.
