§ 30 — Certificate of discharge; form

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title V MILITIA
Section 30. Service members discharged from the service of the commonwealth shall be entitled to a certificate of discharge, in such form as the commander-in-chief shall direct.
