§ 2B — Reserve, permanent-intermittent or call firefighters as employees
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title IV CIVIL SERVICE, RETIREMENTS AND PENSIONS·Ch. 32B CONTRIBUTORY GROUP GENERAL OR BLANKET INSURANCE FOR PERSONS IN THE SERVICE OF COUNTIES, CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS, AND THEIR DEPENDENTS
Section 2B. In governmental units which accept the provisions of this section, reserve, permanent-intermittent or call firefighters shall be considered employees under this chapter, notwithstanding the definition of ''Employee'' in section two, and upon retirement shall be considered retirees under this chapter.
