Text

Section 82. All call members of fire departments of cities, except Boston, which accept this section or have accepted corresponding provisions of earlier laws, by vote of the city council, with the approval of the mayor, who were retired for disability previous to May twenty-third, nineteen hundred and thirteen, shall receive the same pension provided for call members of fire departments placed on the retired list under section eighty.
