120.See 2024, 238, Sec. 327.]Section 6D. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the administrator may approve the original appointments of a municipal appointing authority sanctioned by sections 59A, 59B or 59C; provided, that the administrator's role in facilitating such alternative original appointments shall not serve as the predicate for any claim asserted against the administrator under chapter 151B.
