§ 3A — Publication of required notices
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title III LAWS RELATING TO STATE OFFICERS·Ch. 30A STATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE
Section 3A. Notices filed in accordance with sections two and three shall be published by the state secretary as required by section six no later than one week prior to the date of any hearing or action to which such notices relate.
