Text

Section 52. No goods, supplies, equipment or services, other than for legislative or military purposes, shall be purchased or contracted for by any state department, office or commission unless approved by the state purchasing agent as being in conformity with the rules, regulations and orders made under section twenty-two of chapter seven. Such approval may be of specific or blanket form at the discretion of the state purchasing agent.
