Text
Section 43. No person employed in any state department shall receive for his own use any fee for copying public records or documents, or for other services during office hours, but all fees therefor shall be paid to the commonwealth. Whoever violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars and shall be disqualified for employment in any state department.
