§ 24 — Proposed constitutional amendments; engrossment, deposit

Section 24. All proposed amendments to the constitution which have been agreed to in joint session of the two houses of the general court in the manner prescribed by the constitution shall be engrossed on parchment or parchment paper, certified by the clerk of such joint session, and deposited in the office of the state secretary.
