Text
Section 6. The repeal of a law by this act shall not affect any action, suit or prosecution pending at the time of the repeal for an offence committed, or for the recovery of a penalty or forfeiture incurred, under any of the laws repealed, except that the proceedings therein shall, when necessary, conform to the provisions of the General Laws.
