Section 28D1/2. The clerk of the appellate division shall receive from the commonwealth as salary an amount equal to 10 per cent of, and in addition to, the salary established and paid to said clerk of the superior court for criminal business in the county of Suffolk.The first assistant clerk and the second assistant clerk of the appellate division shall receive from the commonwealth as salary an amount equal to 10 per cent of, and in addition to, the salaries established and paid to them as the first assistant clerk and second assistant clerk, respectively, of the superior court for criminal business in the county of Suffolk.An employee of the office of the clerk of the superior court for criminal business in the county of Suffolk shall be designated by the clerk as the clerical assistant
