46.See 2015, 10, Sec. 71 as amended by 2020, 146.] Section 4. A specially-empaneled statewide grand jury shall be drawn and selected in the same manner as the county grand jury in the county in which the specially-empaneled statewide grand jury is to sit. A specially-empaneled statewide grand jury may, at the discretion of the presiding superior court justice, draw jurors from counties adjoining the county in which the statewide grand jury is to sit.
