§ 10 — Proceedings on appeal

Section 10. The justice sitting in the jury session may affirm the order or discharge the appellant, or may require him to enter into a new recognizance, with sufficient sureties, in such sum and for such time as it may order, and may make such order relative to the expenses of prosecution as is just and reasonable.
