§ 23 — Joinder of charges of murder and offense under Sec. 22

Section 23. A parent indicted for murder of the infant child born out of wedlock of such parent may also be charged in the same indictment with the crime described in the preceding section, and if acquitted of murder, such parent may be convicted of the concealment.
