§ 41 — Offices not public offices under Sec. 40

Massachusetts·Part IV CRIMES, PUNISHMENTS AND PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES·Title I CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS·Ch. 271 CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY
Section 41. The offices of probation officer, notary public, justice of the peace, prison officer, agent of the commissioner of correction and agent of the department of public welfare shall not be considered public offices within the meaning of the preceding section.
