Text

Section 10. Whoever, himself, or by his agent or servant, or as the agent or servant of another, manufactures, sells or exchanges, or has in his custody or possession with intent to sell or exchange, or exposes or offers for sale or exchange, any toys or confectionery, containing or coated wholly or in part with arsenic, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than one hundred dollars.
