Section 8B. No member of the commonwealth utilities commission, appointed pursuant to section 2 of chapter 25, or the commissioner of telecommunications and cable shall, within one year after his service has ceased or terminated on said commission, be employed by, or lobby said commission on behalf of, any company or regulated industry over which said commission had jurisdiction during the tenure of such member of the commission.
