§ 50 — State treasury; fraud or embezzlement by employee

Section 50. A person employed in the treasury of the commonwealth who commits a fraud or embezzlement therein shall be punished by a fine of not more than two thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the state prison for life or for any term of years.
